Feeling hungry makes a diet unpleasant to follow and opens up the possibility of snacking on unhealthy foods in order to curb these feelings. But don’t worry, The Skinny Medical Diet Plan has been designed to avoid feelings of hunger. There are many filling yet healthy foods out there which our diet plan allows for you to eat unlimited amounts, thus eliminating the feeling of an empty stomach.
In The Skinny Medical Diet Plan, each food is given a credit score; the more unhealthy the food; the higher this score will be. Per day you are allowed to consume up to 100 credits, allowing for you to eat the odd biscuit or chocolate whilst dieting. Arguably the best aspect of all about our diet plan are the ‘free foods’. These are foods which have a 0 credit rating and thus you can eat unlimited amounts of these in a day. There are lots of free foods including: fruit, veg, meat, yoghurts and many more!
We understand that everyone has those days where they want to go out for a large meal or have a takeaway. The Skinny Medical Diet plan allows for this by giving you two days off from your diet per month; these are known as You Days! On You Days, your maximum credit score for the day is increased to 300, allowing for you to eat a lot more of those deliciously unhealthy foods. Although this is a day off, don’t forget to count your credits!
Planning is a very important aspect of dieting. We believe the key to a successful diet is to plan all your meals a week in advance, thus avoiding the last minute desire to get a cheeky takeaway, or the confusion of counting credits at the last minute. So, we have created our own Planner & Tracker which is designed to go alongside The Skinny Medical Diet Plan. The Planner & Tracker contains many features such as a weekly BMI Calculator and a Pounds and Inches Tracker, so that you can track your progress throughout your course of Skinny Medical.
